I've been reading back over the part of Proteus you were talking about, and I think I was looking at the pictures the first time and I didn't really pay attention to what he was saying about how it feels to transform. Because, yeah.

That's a lot like what I was trying to explain about how it felt with the leg-locker and the thing about how it felt to get up with my legs fused like that and having to hop instead of walk, but it didn't feel like hopping usually does. More... I don't know. Like launching myself.

I almost want to try that again. The leg-locker, I mean, and maybe some other jinxes like that, just to feel what it's like to move when my body's different, y'know?

Anywiz, can we get together again soon? I don't want to wait too long. I mean, if you've got time when you could see me. I know you're busy.

You have an intriguing idea there, Mr Weasley. You might think of other jinxes of that kind, and I shall as well.

Certainly, we should work together again soon. It is a trifle hard to plan without knowing when your attention must be focused on these challenges. Shall we perhaps say Wednesday at nine?
