And what was with Malfoy? I mean, I expect you could have just let him take Nott out, really.

Draco was furious. The thing is, I'm not sure he should even have been able to know it was Nott, and he certainly can't look even for a second like he's outraged at the abuse of Hermione, rather than Harry's property.

That said I'm really seeing benefits to taking Nott out.
