And I think we're all probably safer now he's gone. I guess. Only he was a really important Auror and without them, who knows how much crime there'd be. Everything's backwards in this country. I mean, when the people meant to keep everyone safe are the scariest people of all, that's just twisted wrongside right.
I'd be happier if whoever it was had gotten Mrs Lestrange. (Or Amycus Carrow, wouldn't THAT have been fantastic? I don't know if he ever leaves the castle where he's got Terry, though.)
Although I don't understand, if people saw her throwing herself into the river, why no one stopped her? Did they not have their wands with them? Did they forget how to cast a summoning spell? Were they ALL just far away enough that they couldn't use it but just close enough that they could still see her?
Or -- OK, I'm looking at the article again and it's not clear anyone DID see her throw herself into the river, they just saw her heading that way and filling her pockets with stones and so on but no one said 'are you all right, dear, would you like to come sit down and have a cuppa?' or anything like that. And it makes it sound like she's been going quietly mad for months but no one took her to St Mungo's or anything.
I'll tell you one thing, I'm glad I'm not related to ANY of those people.
Makes you think, doesn't it? So many of those old families with all the money and important positions and whatever--they're not any of them happy, are they? I mean, they get in such giant messes. Like the Blacks and the Urquharts and the Rowles and now the Crouches.

Did you see this morning's Prophet? Yeah. Pretty dire about his mum.
