And what a total pip-head! It's outside now flying rings around the pigeons, trying to bump them off the ledge outside my window. Then it swoops off and comes zooming back and bolts straight for the window to peep inside again. It's totally going to bash itself in a minute.

I think Fred and George told it to come find me, but told it some rule about only if I'm doing something or not doing something. Whatever it is, I'm not doing the right thing!

Ha! It's just what he looked like. I mean, he's littler than those pigeons he was pestering, and he acts all widgety. That's like fidgety and wiggly all at once. I dunno. It just sort of came out. Seemed to fit.

Actually, I think Pig's problem is his Mum let him fall out of the nest when he was small. Well, he's still small, but y'know what I mean. Stubbed his brain and stopped him growing, too, maybe.

Oh. Hope you don't mind. We've started calling him Pig. And he seems to think that's a bit of all right. Comes whenever anyone says it. It's funny, too, cause Mum doesn't like pigs. Like at all. Won't have them cause she says they smell. I think she thinks we're taking the mickey by calling him that. Even when we told her what it's short for.

Anywiz, did you want us to send him back to you? Or should we try the thing with Lee next?

Pig? Pig. That's the weirdest name for an owl I've ever heard. Why don't you send him back to me, but tell him to bring me the message during the day, when I'm alone, and not to let anyone but me see him. Since that's where he really needs some practise.

I don't know if they're all insane hyperactive fuzzballs, mind you. But he's a completely normal size for his sort of owl.
