Say, mate. Justin and I've been looking at flats and we're thinking about going to this place called Bubble and Squeak for lunch after we're through here. D'you know it? Not far from the Ministry, up in Covent Garden. If you're not doing anything, why don't come meet us. Half-twelve, say?

We've got loads of stories to tell about looking for flats. Seriously! Ask us about the one where all the pipes had broken and they hadn't really fixed the ceilings or floors. Phew!

Or the one that only had one room and the toilets were down the corridor and shared with I don't know how many other people.

My favourite yesterday was the one in an ancient house that was mashed up under an old railway bridge and had a brothel right next door. Ask Justin how he could tell that's what it was.

Anywiz, we've got the one we wanted. On our way back to the agent's now to sign the parchmentwork. Maybe we can take you over after lunch and show you where it is. Much better than any of the ones yesterday. I think that agent was just trying to unload hopeless places on a couple of kids who wouldn't know better. I mean, this one Mum can come see. If she's ever got time to.

So, yeah. Meet us for lunch?
